RETURN&REFUND POLICY


Domestic Returns

You will have 14 days to initiate a return from the time your package is received. We offer prepaid return labels for all domestic returns. While we do not offer direct exchanges, returns for store credit will receive a credit for 100% of the value of the returned item. Your store credit credit will never expire, and can be used towards anything on our site. Returns for refund will incur a $10 handling fee.

*Due to the limited of our dresses, we are unable to hold items for exchange. 

International Returns

Please email info@rousoshop.com within 14 days of receiving the package if you would like to return your dress. We will then provide you with a return form with instructions for mailing your item back. Be sure to print and include this form in the box with your return! Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The date an order is delivered is considered the day the dress is received, regardless of where you are in the world. You may select store credit or a refund but packages must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us in order to qualify for refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Our studio based in Hong Kong and orders are shipped out from Hong Kong. Hong Kong does not have a sales tax, so prices listed on this website do not include any sales tax, and we do not charge you any sales tax at checkout. Orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and brokerage fees.

These funds are not paid to Róu so, nor are they set by Róu so; instead, they are paid to and arranged by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt by your local import and postal regulations. 

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur.
