To return a purchase, the items should meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.
- Be in its original, unworn, unused and unwashed condition.
- Be returned with original tags and packaging.
Way to institute a return
- Send a return authorization request to our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org by providing return item(s) information, order number and registered account.
- Receive return authorization notice, return delivery address and instructions from our customer service team by email reply.
- Pack your return item(s) with original packaging.
- Send a return parcel tracking number to our customer service team once your return is delivered.
- Be notified by email once your return has been received.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Róu So reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. We recommend using a traceable return service.
To simplify the operations procedures and reduce processing time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers who would like to exchange for sizes or different styles of products will be offered a Store Credit Card along with identification code as a payment method for further shopping.
Please note that our Store Credit Card would be meet the following conditions:
- Be sent by our customer service team via email@example.com.
- Contains equal value as the returned item(s).
- Never expires.
- Only be used in our online store.
- Not refundable.
Refunds will be issued via original payment method within 2 weeks of our receipt of the item(s). PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
