Why should I pre-order an item?
Pre-ordering avoid over-produce and encourage a slower way for shopping.
We treat and make every single piece with love and directly share them in your size and style.
How does our pre-order work?
Full payment is due at checkout to secure your size and style of a pre-order item. When the item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it within two business days. The estimated ship date is on the product page, your order page, cart, and checkout. If the estimated ship date changes, it will update on the order page, which you can access through your account. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your pre-order ships.
How do I know if an item is a pre-order?
All pre-order items will be clearly marked as pre-order and an estimated shipping date will display on the product page, your order page, cart, and checkout.
When will my pre-order ship?
You will receive an automatic email with tracking information to the email address associated with your order when it ships. If the estimated ship date changes, it will update on your order page, which you can access through your account.
What if my order has some items that are pre-order and some items available now?
We will ship out items in your order that are not on pre-order within two business days. As we receive inventory for items on pre-order, we will ship those out separately.
Is there a pre-order process for international orders?
Pre-order is available to customers shipping all over the world
Which shipping options are available for pre-order?
If your order contains only pre-order products, free shipping (ground shipping) is the only available option. If your order has both pre-order products and regular products, any shipping method can be selected, but pre-order items will be sent via ground shipping.
Which payment methods are accepted for pre-order?
You can use any credit card, e-gift card, or Apple Pay. Afterpay is not currently accepted for pre-order.
What is the return policy on pre-order items?
All pre-order items follow our standard return policy. You can read more about the details here.
What if I change my mind? Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel your order if the order status is Open or Partially Shipped. If an order is partially shipped and there are pending pre-order products in it, those can be canceled in your account or with help from info@rousoshop.com. To cancel an order, go to Order Lookup, enter your email and order number, click ‘Cancel Order,’ and then click ‘Confirm order cancellation.’ Once canceled, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email shortly.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us at info@rousoshop.com and we can update your address.
