SHIPPING POLICY


Our studio based in Hong Kong and orders are shipped out from Hong Kong.

For domestic shipping 

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 for domestic. Orders under $150 for local will be charged HKD$40 shipping & handling.

Orders are shipped out via SF Express

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing/shipping. Please refer to your shipping confirmation emails for more details specific to your order.

For international shipping 

We offer free shipping on orders over $200. Orders under $200 for will be charged $25 shipping & handling.

Orders will be shipped out via DHL, FedEx, or HK Post.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing/shipping. Please refer to your shipping confirmation emails for more details specific to your order.

 

We ship Monday through Friday, and orders will typically ship within 72 hours. For pre-orders, the shipment time frame will be noted on the item page. 

If you purchase a pre-order item with another item, we will hold the ready garment until your pre-order is available unless you request otherwise. In light of current events, all orders may experience shipping delays. The shipping will be prioritized. We appreciate your patience during this time.

 

We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. 

We do not refund for lost packages, but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
